1. The withdrawal period
Under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven), you can withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving a reason. The period runs from the day after the agreement was made – that is, the day after you placed your order and received your order confirmation. All calendar days count. If the period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
You have met the deadline as long as you send your notice before the period ends.
2. Once work has started
The travel design is a bespoke service, and most customers want their itinerary as soon as possible. That's why, when you order, you expressly ask us to start work straight away, within the withdrawal period. You confirm this by ticking a box at checkout.
If you withdraw after we've started work but before the travel design is delivered, you pay for the part of the work carried out up until we received your notice. The amount is calculated in proportion to the total price of the package.
3. When the right of withdrawal ends
The right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully delivered, provided you asked for work to start within the withdrawal period and confirmed that you understand the right of withdrawal will then end. This means the right of withdrawal ends:
- for travel packages, once we have sent you the finished travel design
- for Erivia Extraordinary, once the consultation has taken place
Your right to complain if the travel design has defects still applies – see section 9 of our terms and conditions.
4. How to withdraw
Let us know clearly that you wish to withdraw from your purchase before the period ends. You can use the withdrawal form below, but you don't have to – a simple email clearly stating that you are withdrawing is enough.

The burden of proof that you have exercised your right of withdrawal lies with you, so your notice should be in writing. We will confirm that we have received it.
5. Refunds
The payment is reserved when you order and only taken once the travel design is delivered. If you withdraw before then, we release the reservation and you pay nothing – except for any work already carried out (see section 2).
If the payment has already been taken, we will refund what you are entitled to without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. We use the same payment method you used for your purchase, unless we agree otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fee for withdrawing.
